COVID-19 POLICY
Patrons must provide proof of vaccination and booster. Even if fully vaccinated, anyone entering the building must wear a mask at all times. N95 or KN95 are preferred, or double surgical masks. Cloth masks are not acceptable. Face masks are available upon request. All food and drink must also be consumed outside of the theatre. These policies are in place to protect our performers and the immunocompromised.

COVID-19 WARNING, DISCLAIMER, RELEASE, WAIVER AND AGREEMENT
An inherent risk of exposure to the novel coronavirus SARS- CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation, or variant thereof, "COVID-19" ) exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume, and agree to communicate to invitees and guests that they assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Ensemble Studio Theatre - The LA Project and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates and any related parties (“EST/LA”) in connection with such risks.
By purchasing, utilizing, or accompanying the holder of tickets or reservations to a production or presentation of EST/LA and/or entering the grounds or facility where such production or presentation is being presented (the “Premises”), you (or “Holder”) and your invitees or guests agree to comply with all policies, guidelines, and preventive measures implemented by EST/LA or the Premises designed to reduce the spread of COVID-19, as well as applicable federal, state, and local government rules, regulations, and recommendations, and you acknowledge:
Despite EST/LA’s efforts to enact health and safety measures, entering the Premises still may pose a risk to my safety and presents an increased risk of exposure to and infection with COVID-19. No health and safety policies, assessments, precautions and/or protocols that will be implemented from time to time at and for the Premises, whether implemented by local, state and federal governmental agencies, the Premises owner/operator, EST/LA and/or third parties, can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19.
While people of all ages and health conditions can be and have been adversely affected by COVID-19, according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other public health authorities (i) people with certain underlying medical conditions are or may be especially vulnerable, including, but not limited to, people with chronic kidney disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, moderate to severe asthma, liver disease, compromised immune systems (including as a result of organ transplant), obesity, serious heart conditions, sickle cell disease, and type 2 diabetes, and (ii) the risk of severe illness from the contraction of COVID-19 increases steadily with age, and contracting COVID-19 can result in the further transmission of COVID-19 to my spouse, family members, and other persons in my proximity to Holder.
Exposure to COVID-19 can result in subsequent quarantine, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term physical and/or mental health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition at the time of exposure and/or infection.
I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 along with all consequences resulting from exposure or infection, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, temporary or permanent disability, death, and economic or financial loss. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims, including but not limited to claims of negligence.
Admission to the Premises and any of EST/LA's events may be conditioned on meeting certain criteria and compliance with rules and regulations which the Premises and/or EST/LA may establish at the time to protect all involved with the performance, concert, reading, lecture and/or event, including, but not limited to, wearing of a face covering at all times over nose and mouth, and a health screening process, which may include but not be limited to a temperature check, vaccination verification, and my certification that at the time of entry I have not been diagnosed with, had close contact with someone who was diagnosed with, or exhibited known symptoms of, COVID-19 in the last fourteen (14) days.
Visitors who do not follow applicable protocols or meet vaccination requirements may be asked to leave the Premises. EST/LA reserves the right to remove any person acting in an unacceptable or inappropriate manner, including but not limited to abusive or threatening behavior. You agree and acknowledge that you have no right of refund and waive any and all claims against EST/LA and the owner/operator of the Premises if you are removed from the Premises.
